 Many years ago, [[Mr. Burns]] was part of the [[Springfield Country Club]] with other rich teenagers. The others bullied Burns because they thought he was so puny that the fox they were hunting would chase him instead. They then give Burns [[Nipper]], the runt of the litter of hounds they use to track the fox. Burns and Nipper decide that they want to get revenge on the other rich kids for bulling the two of them. As the other rich kids and their hounds chase down a fox, the hounds are scared off by a loud bark, which turns out to be from Nipper barking into a megaphone held by Burns. The rich kids then find a trail of money and follow it to the country club pool. Nipper then loudly barks again, scaring the horses of the kids and causing them to fall into the pool, which Burns had filled with quick-setting gelatin. A reporter from ''{{ap|Fox News|Release the Hounds!}}'', a newspaper that covers fox hunts, arrives and the reporter writes about the story of the hunters becoming the hunted.
