+After [[Bart]] squirts mustard and ketchup, [[Superintendent Chalmers]] scolds [[Principal Skinner]] for his incompetence and decides that the next day, Skinner and Bart will switch roles for a day because he believes anyone could be a better principal than Skinner. The school day starts and [[Edna]] leave Skinner alone with the kids, who start bullying him. Meanwhile Bart is in the office and is doing a good job. By lunchtime, things have calmed down and Skinner becomes Milhouse's sidekick. After lunch, Bart is visited by Chalmers, who wants him to correct the school's projections budget for fiscal year 2075. Milhouse and Skinner begin to plan this year's biggest prank for Bart, while Bart begins to tire of his duties and sends the students home two hours early. Skinner also goes home, and Milhouse is sad because Bart didn't let him have a sidekick for the last two hours.
