Homer begins to wash, while Bart jealously looks out the window and sees his friends having fun. After Homer starts all the machines, he goes off to [[Moe's]] and asks Bart to dry the clothes when they are ready. Bart decides to have some fun in the laundry room. He fills a machine with a whole package of laundry detergent and the whole room begins to fill with foam. [[Grampa]] takes off his clothes and begins to wash himself, and Bart does the same thing with all of the machines. The children who are playing outside see what's happening, so they go in and start playing with the foam.
