 Itchy tries to get the caretaker's praise by writing with blocks, but the teacher refuses to praise him. Itchy soon becomes angry and starts bullying attacking Scratchy such as pouring paint on him or running over his tail with a tricycle, receiving punishment each time as neither child is enjoying themselves at the daycare.
