After [[Marge]] and [[Homer]] didn't let [[Bart]] playing video game he was going to [[Noiseland Arcade]] but found out that the owner [[John Noiseland]] had change it to a spa & relax-arium because arcades don't make money anymore. He started to smoking for it make him stressful to helping people relax. Bart took a steam at the spa & relax-arium instead where he remember that he can play video games at [[Milhouse]].

However, he found that the arcade had turned into Noiseland Spa & Relax-arium. John Noiseland told Bart that arcades don't make money anymore so he transformed it into a spa and relax-arium as people love to relax. Bart used the sauna in the spa before he went to see [[Milhouse]] to play games.
