-[[Claude Kane III]] goes to see [[Gloria Grand]] at [[WZEN Tower]] and sees someone wearing a Radioactive Man costume. Gloria is trying to get the actor to play the part of Radioactive Man in a reenactment of Radioactive Man's fights. After the actor quits, Gloria asks Claude to take over, but Claude refuses, as he is worried that Gloria will realize that he is Radioactive Man. Just then, news of a student uprising at [[Friedrich University]] comes in, so Claude runs off to attend that as Radioactive Man.

He then finds out that Rod got kidnapped.
