During the contest, Kent Brockman went around interviewing everyone who took part. When Cornelius was going to announce the winner of the contest, everybody gathered in front of [[House of Sci-Fi-Mystery|his mansion]] for the announcement. Cornelius revealed that he was the winner and that the contest had all been part of ''Nerdtown U.S.A.'', a mockumentary he was producing with Kent Brockman. Angry about this, a nerd hit the robot created by a couple of other nerds, causing the robot to launch its missiles into Cornelius' house and destroy it.
