== History ==
After a visit at [[Moe's Tavern]] decide [[Ned]] to open his own bar on the other side of the street because he didn't like how he was served by [[Moe]] and how he behave his guests. Ned's becoming popular and every of Moe's customers except [[Homer]] visiting the bar. After Moe failed spying on Ned's he let Homer inflating Ned's and give him inside information. Homer then starts also like Ned's more than Moe's especially after he gets his own drink named after him. Moe understand then that he must change himself to get back his customers when Homer find out that Moe want to change, he gives him a tip how he can shutdown Ned's. Moe let Ned believe that [[God]] telling him that he should close the bar because Moe has become a better person which he does.
