At first, it just showed camera footage from around [[Springfield]], but the device suddenly zapped Bart and sent him flying backwards. When he went to try and make that happen again, the camera footage showed himself at the device. A copy of Bart then appeared and thought that he had been cloned, although the original Bart wasn't so sure after reading what the device was.<br /> <br /> After Bart left Frink's lab, he realized that every decision he made produced copies of himself to perform each choice. He also found that touching a person gave them the same effects. Soon, there were copies of everybody going around town. Eventually, some of the copies decided to try and kill Bart.
