[[Waylon Smithers]] decided to settle who got to date her by drawing a circle around the model and telling Brockman and Quimby to pull at her. Whoever pulled her out of the circle would get to date her. However, Smithers told [[Homer]] that whoever really cared about her wouldn't want to hurt her, so they would avoid pulling on her arms. Brockman and Quimby started pulling at Miss Scissors, and Brockman pulled her out of the circle, leading Smithers to declare that Mayor Quimby got to date her.
