When [[Homer]] didn't want to pay the 100 gold for the [[Amulet of Warmfyre]] which would save [[Jacqueline Bouvier|Marge's mother]], she kicked him out the house and yelled that she should have listened to the witch and married her twin brother, Markery. Markey then told Marge that he's always there if she needs him. Homer then told Markery to get lost, because Marge chose him. After Marge shouted at Homer again, Markery said that good things come to those who wait.

Later, Markery helped out in the fight to take over the castle and rescue [[Lisa]].
