Maggie opens the toy box and see that there are seven pacifiers there for each of the seven days of the week. Maggie takes a look at the shoe closet and see that everyone in the family has a couple each, making eight, as Maggie's to young to wear shoes. Maggie has a task, feed the cat, but also eight unknown cats are interested in food when she came, totaling nine cats.
