Homer agrees and they go back upstairs to Bart's room, but to their puzzlement, all of the airplane's parts are gone from the desk. Then they hear the sound of an engine coming from outside. Homer, Bart, [[Marge]] and [[Lisa]] then go out the front door and into the yard, where they find Maggie sitting on the lawn, happily flying Bart's airplane.

Confused by the instructions, Bart tries to assemble the plane on his own, but quickly becomes frustrated and walks out of the room in a huff. After Bart leaves, Maggie climbs onto the desk, looks over the plane's parts and starts putting them together.
