Burns and Smitherina tell them then at they also tried to have children but failed, they contact doctors, acupuncture, in vitro and praying to Satan. Margemary beacomes then surprised that they praying til Satan so they explain that they worship him. They follow them to an meeting with Satan which had sex with her. Nine months later gives birth Margemary a child. Burn tell her a bad news, when the child becomes mature, the world will be destroyed. Margemary tell him at she hopes he's wrong. Homer and Margemary will then visit three of three friends who want to give gifts to the newborn boy. Margemary tells them at she gave birth to a daughter, Maggenondaremon. Maggenondaremon lift out her pacifier and asking if they expecting someone else.
