 Lisa finds herself in a dense jungle where she encounters two talking dinosaurs. One is a Brontosaurus and the other is a Thesaurus. The Thesaurus speaks uses multiple words and phrases for each statement, which causes his speech bubbles to squash Lisa. She runs away from him and continues to chase the letter carrier.
-Lisa catches up to Ned at a tea party being held by the Man Who Swallowed a Dictionary (portrayed by [[Sideshow Bob]]), who is very verbose and the Spelling Bee ([[Bumblebee Man]]), who spells everything he says. After Ned tells a story about a little ink drop, he and Lisa proceed together to deliver letters. They reach Backwords Country, where Bob and [[Otto]] speak only in palindromes. After, Ned and Lisa must split up while Ned goes through the Forbidden Words. Lisa takes a detour through the Land of the Crosswords. Here she encounters two personified crosswords who are on the way to a funeral for another cross word.
