[[Moog]] tells the story from his point of view, he is a former "hoodlink" along with his "bestest glugs" [[Dum]], {{ap|Carlton|Treehouse of Horror XXV}}, and Leonard who, with them, used to run mischief on the streets of London. However, Dum got a [[Dum's girlfriend|girlfriend]] and got a job as a beefeater at the [[Tower of London]]. After this, Carlton and Leonard informed him that his service was no longer needed and was thrown out of [[Big Ben]]. Moog starts walks across the street when not supposed to and is subsequently hit with batons by two police officers, Carlton and Leonard. The officers also re-join the gang and they agree on breaking into [[Burns]]' London manor where an [[Naked London|erotic book]] release party is happening. However, the gang's plan fails and they are all beaten up, but Moog was still happy.
