Kliff took advantage of them, claiming that the car Homer wanted to buy was $15,000 instead of $12,000, then threw in some overpriced undercoating. [[Bart]], who was feeling guilty, wanted to donate the money to charity instead. Kliff then kept jabbing Bart with his pen to get him to stop talking.
