== History ==
Jonesy and [[Hope]] arrived at [[Bart's Treehouse]] to try to close a rift. [[Kang]] and [[Kodos]] were also flying around in their [[UFO]]. As Jonesy and Hope fought a demon coming out of the rift, Kang and Kodos brought them up to their UFO with the tractor beam. Jonesy had a slap fight with Kang while Hope tried to use the UFO to fight the demon. The demon then grabbed the UFO in its tentacles, and Jonesy noticed that it had a [[zero point shard]] in its chest. Hope tried to use the tractor beam to remove the shard, but the demon threw the UFO into the rift, only taking a small portion of the shard with them.

As Kodos and Hope fought over taking the UFO back to the Island or to [[Springfield]], the rift instead sent them into a merged reality, [[Springfield Island]]. The [[Battle Bus]] then hit the UFO, and Jonesy and Hope parachuted down to the newly formed island. They went searching for the shard and were later in [[Moe's Tavern]], where Jonesy ate one of the self-feeding pretzels that [[Homer]] had made with the power of the zero point shard.
