She then told them that there was no bath, only a toilet/shower combi. The family quickly realized that the resort was nothing like the website said it was. A couple of days in to their stay, [[Bart]] and [[Lisa]] went to complain to her about the horrible state of the resort. Jeanie told them that they couldn't compete with the bigger resorts which is why they lied on the website. Bart then told her that he would "get" her. Jeanie then sprayed Bart and Lisa with a bottle of ammonia.

She also wrote a check with the refund and $2,400 to make sure Bart never goes to the resort again.
