When she asks the store assistant, he believes her to be a black market contact, as "corncob" is the codeword. The FBI arrive at the store and begin a shootout with the store's owners. Marge and Homer find a trap door leading to the black market. The market is selling the curtain pattern Marge is after, but she is only allowed to buy the whole lot. Marge agrees to the purchase and soon the entire house and family's clothes are made out of the material.
