When Bart receive his first letter from Walker, he writes at when he found out who his pen pal was, he was embaressed to learn that he lives in [[Springfield]], and he understanding at he can't tell him about his incredible life in [[Capitol City]] for it would foment dissatisfaction with mundane existence.
Bart becomes mad for no insults his life and gets away with it. He start written his letter, he also sends a photo of him where he is see next to a road sign with the text "Capitol City 42 MI. To the stinkiest place on Earth, home of Herbert J. Walker".
