[[Bart]] comes with a tip how he can get customers, he shall offer a thrill ride and not a regular ride and it turns out to be a good idea. His fast rides are becoming popular by those who are in a hurry and like speed. Otto is still feeling depressed and missing the [[school bus]]. Otto buys back his axe from the pawn store and starting to playing on it in front of [[Seymour Skinner]] which driving the school bus.
