-[[Scratchy]] is sitting in his living room reading the newspaper. A headline on the front page says "MOON LAUNCH TODAY!" [[Itchy]] appears in the window, reaches inside and grabs Scratchy's tongue. Itchy then runs to the launch pad (stretching Scratchy's tongue out as he goes) and ties it to one of the rocket's tail fins. The rocket takes off and ascends for the Moon, stretching Scratchy's tongue out to astronomical lengths. When the rocket reaches the Moon, it orbits the Moon several times and ends up tying Scratchy's tongue into a knot around the Moon, all while Scratchy remains oblivious to what's happening.
