[[Homer]], [[Bart]] and [[Lisa]] walk by it while Homer is trying to think up a way to save the manatees in order to get Marge to come back home. His initial idea required donating his time, and money but he decided to "screw that" because it would take too much effort. Bart then notices some jet skiers about to attack a group of manatees, which Homer sees as a perfect opportunity to help the animals.
