 At some point after Anna Maria's death, Fat Tony got married to Angela. After meeting [[Selma]] at the [[Springfield DMV]] and some surly back and forth between them, Fat Tony started seeing her and eventually got "married" in a lavish ceremony, or at least Selma, her family, and friends believed it was marriage. Fat Tony and Selma then vacationed at [[D'Amico summer home|his summer house]] along with [[Marge]] and [[Homer]], as well as his party-hardy nephews [[Stevie B.]], [[Stevie F.]], and [[the Occurrence]], and his niece [[Tushie]]. [[Marge]] and [[Homer]] overheard Fat Tony telling [[Louie]] and [[Legs]] how he has to look good for his "goomah" (Mafia slang meaning mistress). Selma told Fat Tony she was leaving because he has a girlfriend, which Fat Tony admitted was true, but it was not what she thought. Selma demanded to know where this other woman was when suddenly, out of nowhere, the "goomah" smashed her convertible through the fence and comforted them both, where she revealed Selma was not his wife since she was his real wife and Selma was actually the goomah. Fat Tony explained to a very confused Selma the vows in Italian they exchanged were not for a husband and wife, but vows for a {{W|goombah}} and goomah.
