However, the Jumbotron starts playing a video from the [[Murmur Nation]] about pop singer [[Ashlee Starling]]'s new song, "[[Glitter]]". The song starts playing as the crowd of girls hold up panels to make large signs in the stands. Homer asks Bart who Ashlee Starling is, and Bart calls her a "whiny pop singer for whiny girls who love to whine." Due to the girls holding up the signs, Homer and Bart miss the record breaking pitch, so they leave. Next to the concessions stand, [[Kent Brockman]] thinks Homer is an Ashlee Starling fan and interviews him about the singer.
