Ethan moved from [[Kansas]] to [[Springfield]] and began study at the [[Springfield Elementary School]]. When he started at the school he got the students to start seeding corn when he tells to them at it's the future and they become dependence of it and do not allow any adult to came close to their harvest.

When [[Lisa]] and [[Bart]] thought stopping Ethan from getting students to continue to grow corn, he forced the rest of the students to "take care of them." The children sat Bart and Lisa into a sillo but they manage to escape and get [[Willie]] to destroy the corn by runing over it by his tractor. When the field began to destroy, lost the children their interest in corn and Ethan is defeated.
