When [[Marge]] applied to work at Well + Good, not knowing what it was, Desmond came out to her to tell her that she had been hired. He, along with [[Lauren]] and [{Drederick Tatum]], spoke to Marge about what they did to convince her to join them as an employee. Later, Desmond tried to sell marijuana to [[Otto]], who was confused about the whole thing and left without buying.

Later, Desmond showed Marge how [[Homer]] was selling marijuana. Desmond then attended the event at [[The Drederick]] where he also got high and started dancing with Lauren. After The Drederick went up in flames, marijuana was made illegal again in [[Springfield's state]], so Well + Good was shut down.
