After [[Bart]] sent letters to all of America's enemies offering nuclear secrets in return for a dirt bike, the CIA come after him and accept his offer. Bart gets the bike but goes back to collect the flash drive with information as he feels guilty. The CIA then take [[Homer]] instead.
