+The Homeowner Association of [[Grandview Fountains Estates]] held weekly meetings at Cakes and Steaks Cafe. [[Homer]] went to a meeting to get the rule prohibiting outdoor hot tubs repealed. However, [[Herb Barnstable]] made Homer wait for the rest of the meeting until Homer fell asleep. When Homer woke up, he found that the meeting was over and everybody had left. Homer later went to the cafe again after he was elected the new Homeowner Association president and then held the weekly meetings himself.
