 [[Marge]] wants to clean the [[742 Evergreen Terrace|house]], and convinces [[Bart]] to go out and play instead of playing video games. Bart has trouble with coming up with what to do and chooses to ride his skateboard. He meets [[Rod]] and [[Todd]] playing Good Samaritan. Bart plays with them, but makes a comment causing them to think he has leprosy. Bart shows off skateboarding tricks at the park, but crashes and gets laughed at. Bart is sweating in the summer heat and intends to go to the cinema but finds that the cinema is rented out. He sneaks through the back door and sees a girl having her birthday party at the movie theater. Bart decides to ruin the movie for the girls by make shadow puppets in front of the projector until he gets thrown out. Bart visits [[Kwik-E-Mart]] to buy a [[Squishee]], but when he opens the refrigerator doors in the store to get cool air [[Apu]] throws him out. Later, Bart wants to visit the [[Android's Dungeon & Baseball Card Shop]] but it's "No Barts Thursday" so he has to find something else. He sees [[Ralph]] playing with a flat water slide in his family's muddy garden and plays with him. He has fun but starts to get cold. When Bart comes home, Marge is mad at him for coming in muddy and watching TV in her newly cleaned house.
