Bart is annoyed, but Milhouse suggests that they play [[Itchy]] and [[Scratchy]] since they can't watch it. Bart agrees, but demands to be Itchy. They go into the garage to look through [[Homer]]'s stuff for anything they can play with, finding a welding torch, claw hammer, and a can of gasoline. Milhouse then asks which Itchy and Scratchy they are, asking if they're soldiers, astronauts, or jazz dancers. Bart says that he's a talk show host and pokes Milhouse as he goes to tell him which version of Scratchy he is. After Bart pokes Milhouse, Milhouse says that it hurts and runs off crying to [[Luann Van Houten|his mother]]. Bart watches him run away and says, "At least that was something."
