The young Bartman realizes he must stop and do it. [[Bart]] now has plenty of time and doesn't bother to stop the crimes he sees. A new villain appears and destroys the [[Aztec Theater]] and [[Lard Lad]] before he attempts to destroy the Springfield Symphony Orchestra, which presents a tribute to the music of infomercials, with his laser beam. Just as he is about to fire the laser, Bartman comes and manages to beat the bad guy. Bartman takes off the mask and discovers that the villain is [[Sideshow Bob]].
