== History ==
In his youth, [[Homer]] performed as a one-man band under the name Archie Bell and also the Drells. One day, he stood outside a pizza restaurant with a guitar, ready to showcase his new song, "{{W2|Tighten Up|Archie Bell & the Drells song}}." When he began playing, his performance caused everyone to leave the area. Nearby, {{ap|Giuseppe|Bart Gets Famous}}, an organ grinder, scolded Homer for scaring off his customers and ordered his monkey, Pepe, to "go for the face." The monkey complied, leaping at Homer, who fell over in a panic and screamed as Pepe attacked him.
