The '''Chinese spy''' is a man who works for [[Chinese Intelligence in America]] (CIA).

== History ==
He and his partners were going to trade [[Bart]] a mini bike for nuclear secrets. They told Bart to fill a flash drive with information and leave it in the [[Springfield Zoo]]. Bart, however, began to feel guilty about betraying his country and went back to retreive the flash drive. 

The spies caught him and were about to kill him when [[Homer]] told them that he had a lifetime of nuclear knowledge. The spies then decided to take Homer back with them to [[China]], where they used his knowledge to built a nuclear plant. During the opening ceremony the plant exploded.
