The National Testing Center is located in [[Proctorville]], Iowa. Tests are brought in after being flown into the [[Iowa Non-International Airport]]. Its motto is "Controlling your destiny since 1925." The tests are controlled by [[a robot named Emma]]. Emma is watched over by a man who pokes it with a broom when it stalls. The machine broke apart when it corrected [[Bart Simpson]]'s test.
