Homer asked Bart to skateboard naked to [[Krusty Burger]] and back as a dare, which he reluctantly did because Homer would have called him a chicken for life. After passing by many people, the police shot Bart's skateboard, causing him to collide with the window of Krusty Burger in front of the [[Flanders family]], with [[Ned]] holding a French fry over his crotch. The police tied him to a lamppost, where [[Nelson]] [[Ha Ha!|laughed at him for hours on end]]. When Homer caught up with him and the police, he got Bart to take the blame for the idea, otherwise Homer would have been sent to a short parental course. They entered Krusty Burger, where [[Ned]] gave Bart spare clothes (as Homer only brought a shirt and socks) and Homer discovered [[Plopper]].<ref>''[[The Simpsons Movie]]''</ref>

== Behind the Laughter ==
*The scene is inspired by a gag in the ''{{W|Austin Powers}}'' film series<ref name="moviecommentary">''[[The Simpsons Movie]]'' commentary</ref>, in which the titular character is seen nude and partially obscured by various objects.
**The idea for the scene was from [[Matt Groening]], and the penis was [[Mike Scully]]'s idea. However, on ''[[Simpsons Declassified]]'', [[Mike Reiss]] claimed either Groening or [[James Brooks]] came up with the scene, the latter laughed when [[Nancy Cartwright]] was recording sound effects.<ref>''[[Simpsons Declassified]]'' #3</ref>
*Several changes were made during the production of the movie:
**[[Sherri and Terri]] were originally to be the ones daring Bart, but both were replaced with Homer. They are present later in the scene, and in a piece of merchandise.
**Bart was to visit a grievance counselor (voiced by {{W|Minnie Driver}}) about coping with the incident, but the scene was cut from the film.
