== History ==
After Great-Aunt Hortense died, the [[Simpson family]] learned that they could inherit her estate only if they spent one night in a haunted house. They arrived at the large, eerie house during a lightning storm, but [[Homer]] insisted that ghosts did not exist. Despite its frightening appearance, nothing supernatural happened during the night, and the family actually had a peaceful stay. The next morning, Homer said it was the best night's sleep he had ever had, while [[Lisa]] commented that the house's tap water tasted better than theirs. After completing the requirement, the family received $100 each, except [[Maggie]].
