While studying {{Ch|Theodore Roosevelt}}, [[Bart]] reads a book called ''[[A Man, a Plan, a Canal, Panama! - The 800 Best-Loved Teddy Roosevelt Palindromes]]''.<ref>"[[Bart Stops to Smell the Roosevelts]]"</ref>

[[Bart]] was at [[Noiseland Arcade]] playing ''Panamanian Strongman'' with images of {{W|Manuel Noriega}} and [[Uncle Sam]] angrily looking at each other on the machine. Within the ''Panamanian Strongman'' game Bart played as a giant, bare-chested, incredibly muscular Noriega, but lost when Noriega falls from the top of a very tall building after being shot by armed {{W|biplane}}s in a reference to {{W|King Kong}}.
