== Trivia ==
*Springfield appears to have very loose gun laws, the only one mentioned being the five day waiting period.
*It is legal to own a fully automatic weapon in Springfield as displayed at the firing range.
*Lenny and Moe appear to be owning AR-15s with Moe's being converted to automatic.
*Mr. Burns in an earlier episode mentioned that Homer not only was definitely not his assailant, but he couldn't have been his assailant due to lacking the appropriate fingers and the cranial capacity to fire a gun.
